Constructed with Maya's Pyhton API, these 3D shapes add another dimension to traditional fractals.

When rendered with a partially transparent material applied to each cube, 2D fractals emerge.

With this view the Sierpinski Triangle appears.

Since 3D objects are memory intestive, this 3D cube set is limited in its iterations. This is what it looks like in Maya without a full render.
